Full Description
Three post medieval extractive pits or Second World War anti glider obstructions are visible as earthworks on Newton Heath, Studland. The pits are sub-circular and measure 3 m in diameter. They are oriented in a north west-south east line. (1-2) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
