Full Description
A linear bank, possibly a field boundary or wood bank, which may be Post medieval to early modern in date, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of 1982 on Newton Heath, Studland. The boundary is visible as a bank aligned south west-north east and measures approximately 190 m in length. It is on the same alignment as extant trackways. (1) This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
