The possible site of a subcircular ditched enclosure or ring-ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south east of Kimmeridge (1). The feature lies within the field system described in MDO31083, it is 20m across and may be the site of a Bronze Age round barrow or prehistoric settlement enclosure however a more recent (natural or agricultural) origin if possible. The features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
