The possible site of a Second World War bomb crater is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the east of Halfway Farm, Gallows Hill, Arne (1). The feature is still visible as low earthworks on modern Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck NMP.
