A possible post medieval wood bank is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1947, extending around the southern and eastern edges of Moreton Plantation, Affpuddle. The earthworks consist of a curvilinear bank in two sections, covering a total distance of 1220 m. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
