The probable site of a Second World War bomb crater, 14m across, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (1) to the southeast of Blackhills Plantation, Cotness. The feature is no longer visible as earthworks on recent Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck NMP.
