Full Description
An area of drains of possible post medieval date is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of 1945 to the south of Kite Hill Plantation, Affpuddle. The drains are formed of linear ditches, oriented north-south and south west-north east. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 295 m by 110 m. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
