Full Description

Radipole, Weymouth; SY 670814. As (local copy) of Claudius, much worn. Almost certainly the common Minerva reverse, and a grade 1 imitation similar to the Dorset County Museum example figured by Sutherland. In the possession of Mr R J Blanchflower, who found it some years ago in laying out his garden at 64 Mount Pleasant Avenue, (SY 66998142: OS 1/2500 1956). Oyster shells were also found.... {1}
