A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of fields to the south and east of Vineyard Farm, Corfe Castle (1-2). They are considered likely to be the remains of medieval or later drainage ditches. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
