A post medieval quarry, associated with a lime kiln (MDO7614), is shown on the First and Second Edition OS Maps (1-2), located on the northern slope of Challow Hill, Corfe Castle. A pit is visible as an earthwork on Lidar imagery at this location (3). This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
