Summary
A Bronze Age bowl barrow, one of a cluster of four bowl barrows and part of a larger barrow cemetery extending along the South Dorset Ridgeway. Recorded as an extant mound by field investigators and also visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs.

Full Description
Four round barrows: 'B'. Bowl at head of steep drop to North, 85 yds. East of 'A', Irregular, with diam about 22 ft, and ht 2 ft. <1> <3>
'B'. SY 63248664. Grass-and gorse-covered bowl barrow; diameter 7.5m., height 0.9m. No visible ditch. 'A' and 'B' re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <4>
Also visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs <7> measuring approximately 15 metres in diameter. This site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
