A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of fields to the north-west of Afflington Farm, Corfe Castle (1-2). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval drainage ditches. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck mapping project.
