Full Description

The probable sites of a four small post medieval or early 20th century extractive pits are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945-6 within Lulworth Park, East Lulworth. The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. The features have since been plough-levelled and are no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery.
