A linear boundary bank is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 running through Kennel Wood. It appears to abut (and is likely to be contemprary with) the earthworks associated with the park pale of Lulworth Park landscape park (MDO31693).

A linear boundary bank is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 running through Kennel Wood (1). It appears to abut (and is likely to be contemprary with) the earthworks associated with the park pale of Lulworth Park landscape park (MDO31693). The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project, it is now under modern plantation and no longer visible on recent Google Earth images.
