Full Description
A probable ancillary site associated with the Second World War airfield of RAF Warmwell (see MDO31842) is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of the 1940s. The site consists of a group of three buildings with a path leading to them from the south east. The buildings are of uncertain function but are located immediately to the south of RAF Warmwell and are probably associated with it. (1-6) The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial photography available to the project. (7) This feature was digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
