Three areas of bare-earth scrape are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946 on Bindon Range, East Lulworth. They are likely to be associated with early 20th century military activity, possibly the sites of tank firing points or targets. <1>
They appear to have been levelled and are no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery.
The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
