A scatter of small hollows are visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs taken between 1945-70 on Lulworth Common to the northwest of Belhuish Farm (1-3). They lie within the field system described in MDO8271 and are considered to be post medieval chalk pits. The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
