Four blocks of medieval or post medieval ridge and furrow are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s and partially as earthworks on lidar imagery to the north of Owermoigne. The ridges in the two northernmost blocks are oriented north-south. In the two southernmost blocks they are oriented east-west and north-south. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 490 m by 295 m. (1) The north western block is the only area of ridge and furrow visible on recent lidar imagery. (2) This site was digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
