A probable late prehistoric field boundary is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1949 to the east of South Down Farm, Osmington. The boundary is formed of a spread, curvilinear, bank measuring up to 225 m in length. (1) The feature is not visible on aerial photographs of 2009 and may have been levelled by this time. (2) These features were digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
