A possible prehistoric ring ditch, which may be the remains of a round barrow, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of the 1970s to the east of Watercombe, Owermoigne. The ring ditch is sub-circular in shape and measures approximately 16 m in diameter. (1) This feature was digitally plotted as part of the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
