Summary
Isolated post-medieval cottages shown on the tithe map (around 1840) and early Ordnance Survey maps. The buildings were subsequently demolished and replaced with a new dwelling.

Full Description
Two dwellings are shown on the tithe map <1> and were identified as King's Ground Cottages on the 1st edition 1:25 inch scale map Ordnance Survey <2>. The buildings are described as ruins on the 2nd edition map <3>, while the 3rd edition map <4> shows a new dwelling on the site named Sea Spray.
