Full Description

A straight linear feature running E-W for about 220m is shown on the OS 1st edn 25in map (1) running close to the S corner of the enclosure around Curlew Cottages. Current OS 1:10,000 (2) (and 1:25,000) mapping shows it as a watercourse extended W to the shore of Brand's Bay. The feature is likely to have formed part of a system of drainage on the heathland around the Little Sea.
