Full Description

A small building within a rectangular enclosure, with a track linking it to the N side of the island appears on the OS 1st edn 25in map (1890) (1). The 3rd edn map (1925) (2) shows a shelterbelt and a structure named as The Hermitage. The 5th edn 1:2500 map (1955) (3) shows ruins on the site.
