Full Description

The 3rd edn OS 25in map (1925) (1) shows a landing stage on the S side of Furzey Island. It is not shown on the OS 5th edn 1:2500 map (2), but this does mark a pier or landing stage, probably only functional at mid-high tide, a short distance to the E, with a track approaching it from the buildings in the centre part of the island.
