Full Description
C - disc tumulus with ditch and bank, Diam between tops of banks is 35 paces. (2)
C. Disc barrow. Mound 33ft diam, 2ft high, Berm 17 ft wide. Ditch 11 ft wide, 1 ft deep. Outer bank 12 ft wide, 1 ft high. (3)
C. A disc barrow: central mound diameter 10.0m, height 0.4m, ditch 3.0m wide, 0.5m deep, outer bank 4.0m wide, and 0.5m high. Grass covered. (4)
Site of a Bronze Age disc barrow at Winterbourne Poor Lot. The site is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs. <8>
