Full Description

A malthouse is shown on the W side of Bargates, Christchurch, on the OS 1st edn 25in map (1871) (1). The structure had been removed by the time of the OS 2nd edn map (1898) (2) and the site has subsequently been redeveloped and is now under Twynham Avenue.
