Full Description

An extensive block of glasshouses marked as Royal Nurseries is shown on a site on Barrack Road, Christchurch, on the OS 2nd edn 25in map (1898) (1) and, expanded and modified, on subsequent maps into the post World War 2 period (2, 3). The site has subsequently been redeveloped.
