Full Description
Also visible on aerial photographs {1} {2} {3} as a cropmarked circular mound surrounded by an outer ditch, approximately 17 metres in diameter. It is part of a linear Bronze Age barrow cemetery running northeast-south west along the edge of Big Wood. It was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
Ditched bowl barrow, 42ft. in diam and 2ft. high, with a ditch about 60ft. in diam. {4}
