Summary
A Bronze Age bowl barrow, situated on a south east facing slope south west of Well Bottom. In 1972 the barrow was reported as being some nine metres in diameter, with the mound standing approximately 0.3 metre high.

Full Description
Both bowl barrows are ditchless and under the plough. <2>
Two bowl barrows centred at ST 915162. <3>
'A' (ST 91531629) Bowl barrow 30 feet in diameter and 1 foot in height. <4>
At 'A' ST 91521629) and 'B' (ST 91501628) in arable farmland are the slight remains of two probable bowl barrows. The more pronounced ('B') is low ditchless mound 12.0m in diameter and up to 0.2m high. The other is now discernible only as a slight unsurveyable ground swelling some 9.0m in diameter. Other surface undulations in this field appear to be of recent agricultural origin. Revised at 1:2500 on AM. <5>
