Former cinema, now bingo hall, constructed in 1922 from rendered brick with a part steel frame. There is a steeply pitched roof over the auditorium but the foyer roof cannot be seen. It has a broad, rectangular double-heighted hall with narrow rear balcony and small foyer. The Grand is an early 'super cinema' from the 1920s, having an unspoilt facade, unaltered plan and much surviving internal decoration. It has been a bingo club since circa 1977.
