Summary
One of a row of four adjoining houses, thought to have been built in the early nineteenth century. This and the house at the other end of the row appear to be additions to what was originally a pair of cottages. The building has walls of coursed rubble with a tiled roof.

Full Description
Built to match the two adjoining houses. The gardens to the rear appear to have been taken from the adjoining field, suggesting that they were built by the owner of the field 1800-1850. <2>
