Summary
A house thought to have been built in the seventeenth century, but with extensive alterations. It appears to have started as a single house and to have been converted into three dwellings in the nineteenth century; there is a date stone with the inscription ‘WJM 1821’. It is now once more a single house. The building has rubble stone walls which were re-fronted with brick in the nineteenth century, and a thatched roof. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include large fireplaces, one with a wooden staircase beside it, and a chamfered beam.
