Summary
A small undated ditch oriented NW-SE was found in evaluation trench 4 of the Corfe Mullen to Salisbury Water Transfer Scheme route. An undated pit or ditch terminal lay immediately adjacent to the south west.

Full Description
A ditch (4004) running NW-SE was found in evaluation trench 4 of the archaeological evaluation of the Corfe Mullen to Salisbury Water Transfer Scheme route. It was about 0.9m wide and 0.4m deep with a narrow base with a single identified fill. No dating evidence was recovered. Immediately to the SW was a pit or ditch terminus (4006), also undated.
