Summary
A banked field boundary of medieval or later date is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery at the junction of New Street Lane and Broad Lane to the southwest of Vearse Farm. It runs for 230m and forms the southern boundary of a series of earthwork hollows and mounds which may be man-made lynchets or natural features. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project.

Full Description
A banked field boundary of medieval or later date is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery at the junction of New Street Lane and Broad Lane to the southeast of Vearse Farm. It runs for 230m and forms the southern boundary of a series of earthwork hollows and mounds which may be man-made lynchets or natural features. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project, it has partially been destroyed by the construction of a picnic area. (1)
