Two parallel banked field boundaries are visible as very low earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Holy Trinity Church, Long Lane, Bothenhampton. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project, they are considered likely to be enclosed medieval strip fields.
