The feature is considered to be a field boundary or lynchet of medieval or later date and was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project.

Full Description

A linear banked feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948. It is located on the eastern bank of the River Simene, east of Bridport Community Hospital, Allington. The feature is considered to be a field boundary or lynchet of medieval or later date and was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project. (1).
