Summary

A linear bank is visible as a cropmark and slight earthwork running roughly east west under the modern field system on the south facing slopes below Little Giant Wood. The feature is considered to be a field boundary or lynchet of uncertain origin. It is likely to be historic although an earlier origin cannot be ruled out. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

A linear bank is visible as a cropmark and slight earthwork running roughly east west under the modern field system on the south facing slopes below Little Giant Wood (1).
