Summary
The platform and enclosure of the former chapel-of-ease, which is shown on the Tithe Map (1840) as a rectangle with a projection. The building now is represented by a sunken platform. The chapel was demolished in 1859.

Full Description
The church was erected about the 14th century and taken down in 1859. <2>
The chapel may have a late C12th or early C13th date as the font of this period is now in St Thomas' Church (ST 81 NW 17). <3>
84201822 The platform, approximately 10m diameter, is scarp into a moderate slope to a depth of 0.8m. It has been mutilated by the exercising of horses and a perfect 'ring' formed. There are no building remains, and the present owner has no knowledgeof the site. <4>
