Summary
The Parish church of St Lawrence, near the east boundary of the parish. The walls are of flint, greensand ashlar, of square rubble, and of ashlar banded and chequered with knapped flint. The roof is of tile and slate. The nave is probably 12th century and the south tower, incorporating a porch, is late 15th or early 16th century. The north aisle was added in 1835 and the chancel and north vestry in 1886.
