Summary
A linear ditched and banked features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs in rough ground to the north of Scite Coppice. They are considered to be a field boundaries of medieval or later origin and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description
A linear ditched and banked features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs in rough ground to the north of Scite Coppice (1). They are considered to be a field boundaries of medieval or later origin and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. This area is criss-crossed by post medieval and modern trackways and the plotted features may predate these. They are no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery but may be hidden in the scrub vegetation.
