Summary

Curved parallel ridging is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the northeast of Beerland Farm, Ryall. They are considered to be cultivation ridges of possible medieval date. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Curved parallel ridging is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the northeast of Beerland Farm, Ryall (1) They are considered to be cultivation ridges of possible medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. The site has since been levelled and the features no longer visible on the latest Googl;e Earth imagery.
