Summary

A short linear scarp with associated mound is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Frogmore Farm, Chideock. It is considered to be the site of post medieval extraction. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

A short linear scarp with associated mound (35m across) is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Frogmore Farm, Chideock (1-2). It is considered to be the site of post medieval extraction. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
