Summary
Two parallel historic ditched field boundaries to the northeast of Newnham Farm are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s. Their regular linear form within a wider enclosure of probable medieval origin may suggest medieval strip field boundaries. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
