Summary

A bank and ditched field boundary of probable post medieval date is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 running southward from the road, south west of Wareham Cross. The feature was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description

A bank and ditched field boundary of probable post medieval date is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 running southward from the road, south west of Wareham Cross (1). The feature was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP, it has since been levelled and is no longer visible on more recent Google Earth imagery (2).
