A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the north of Prime Farm. It is 40m across and marked as a solid feature on the OS 1st edition map. It lies within an area of removed orchard (marked on the 1st edition map and is considered to be an extractive pit or pond of post medieval origin. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
