Summary
Bank and ditched linear features are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Abbott's Wootton Plantation. They are considered likely to be field boundaries or drainage features of medieval or later date. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description
Bank and ditched linear features are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Abbott's Wootton Plantation (1-2). They are considered likely to be field boundaries or drainage features of medieval or later date. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP; the site has been plough-levelled and is no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery (3).
