Summary
Two units of historic ridge and furrow are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the south east of Church House Farm in the vicinity of the War Memorial. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP and may be of medieval or post medieval origin. They have been plough-levelled and are no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery.

Full Description
Two units of historic ridge and furrow are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the south east of Church House Farm in the vicinity of the War Memorial (1). The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP and may be of medieval or post medieval origin. They have been partially plough-levelled and partially visible on recent lidar imagery (2).
