Summary

Ditched features are visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 to the south of Venn Hill. The features are considered to be drainage ditches of post medieval origin. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description

Ditched features are visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 to the south of Venn Hill (1). The features are considered to be drainage ditches of post medieval origin. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. The features have been levelled and are no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery (2).
