Full Description
Eight Romano-British burials. These were all inhumations and were associated with coins of Constantine. The burials were all removed in 1860, and the location of the burial group is now uncertain. They are recorded as being "higher up the hill" from the Romano-British building at Great Bournes (HOB UID 206121) which was excavated at the same time. The site has since been ploughed and the graves may have been destroyed.
