Summary
The probable site of a Second World War bomb impact crater is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 immediately to the south of Ringwood Road west of David's Hill. The curvilinear hollow was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description
TThe probable site of a Second World War bomb impact crater is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 immediately to the south of Ringwood Road west of David's Hill (1). The curvilinear hollow is 5m across and surrounded by a bank of ejected material. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.The site is now under scrubby vegetation and light tree cover and therefore its current condition could not be accessed (2).
